The CEO and his office, works with the Board to establish and monitor the progress in implementing strategic direction.

It directly manages the application of the key strategic resources, including; Finance, human resources, information & communication technologies and brand & marketing.

It has oversight of the three operatiional areas - Retirement Living, Community Care and Residential Care.

These operating areas are structured and resourced to manage the day-to-day functions of delivering services to our customers and managing our assets effectively and efficiently.
