To start receiving Community Care support services from Masonic Homes please call us on 1300 132 132  and one of our friendly staff will transfer you to your nearest Community Care office to discuss your needs with a Coordinator.

A Coordinator will come and meet with you to discuss the details of what support services are needed, your preferences and  to advise and assist on the best way for you to start accessing the support you require, as there are many different options available*. A plan is then developed in consultation with yourself, outlining the support you will receive along with a schedule for visits by a Home Support Worker who is specifically matched to suit your needs.
